The company has grown into a well-established industrial unit which undertakes all type of electrical LT Panels manufacturing, assembly and dispatch work under one roof. SPPL ensures effective and timely completion of projects through detail assessment of work quantum, meticulous planning & dynamic monitoring. State-of-the- art on project management are deployed for preparation of plans/schedules and their analysis. Along with above, these schedules are reviewed, updated and project completion outlook analyzed by planning engineers having vast experience in all phases of the project planning. Corrective action plans are developed for functional and executive level of project management wherever required.
